Actually quite a few extra miles. Citiwide went way out of there way for a very inexpensive amount just to make me happy. Dead heading is never fun but the reward was good. Even stored my item for a few days when I was unable to accept it. If all your shippers are like this one you will put the big boys out of business.

Great story. I work 90 miles from my home wherre my tractor was bening delivered. Knowing the driver(s) were within 100 miles of my home (out of 350 miles)I headed home intending to meet them for delivery. Traveling, I had stopped at a rest stop (McDonalds)on I-70. Upon leaving, to my amazement, I saw my tractor parked in the same lot. I introduced myself and they followed me headed home!
